Pitches

How many people can stay on each pitch?

A maximum of 6 people (adults or children) are allowed per pitch.

What happens if, upon arrival, the reserved pitch is not suitable for the size of my camper/caravan/tent?

If the reserved pitch does not meet the space requirements upon arrival, another pitch of the same category will be offered, if available.

What happens if I don’t provide the size of my camper/caravan/tent?

If size information is not provided, the Management assumes no responsibility for the suitability of the pitch size.

Do I need to provide the size of my camper/caravan/tent?

To check availability and send a holiday offer, it is necessary to inform the Booking Office of the dimensions (length, height, width/depth) of your camper, caravan, or tent at the time of the request, in order to assign a suitably sized pitch.

What happens if a guest causes damage?

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by carelessness to the pitch (vegetation, ground, power or water connections, etc.), as well as to equipment and any part of the property's assets.The guest agrees to reimburse the damage in cash, as the replacement or repair of damaged or missing items is the sole responsibility of the Management.

How quickly is maintenance guaranteed ?

Each maintenance activity—depending on its nature and type, the timing, possible involvement of external companies, and any waiting list—is guaranteed to be completed within a maximum of 72 hours.We always work to ensure the fastest possible response.

Who is responsible for pitch maintenance ?

Any maintenance, replacement, or repair required during the holiday is the sole responsibility of the Management.

What is not included in the pitch rate and the person rate?

All services not specifically listed and described are excluded from the accommodation and person rates.

Where can I park my car?

The first vehicle, whether a car or a motorcycle, can be parked directly on the pitch.

What facilities are available on the pitches?

Each pitch is equipped with:

  • 1 Electrical outlet
  • 1 Drinking water connection
  • 1 Grey water drainage
  • 1 TV-SAT / Digital Terrestrial outlet
  • Wi-Fi area
  • 1 Parking space on the pitch

What are the features of the MINI pitch?

Comfortable shaded pitches on grassy ground, ideally sized for those traveling by motorbike, bicycle, or on foot, and who love camping with small tents.

  • Maximum number of people: 2
  • Minimum size: 25 m²
  • Location: Near the sea, suitable for small tents
  • Booking: Recommended for stays of 7 nights or more

What are the features of the CAVALLINO pitch?

Located under the shade of acacia and elm trees on grassy ground, they offer consistent shade even on the hottest days.Recommended for a peaceful holiday in close contact with nature.

  • Maximum number of people: 6
  • Minimum size: 75–100 m²
  • Location: Near the sea, suitable for tents, mini-campers, and mini-vans
  • Booking: Recommended for stays of 7 nights or more

What are the features of the SPIAGGIA pitch?

Just a few steps from the beach, spacious and shaded pitches with a grassy surface, ideal for large caravans and motorhomes.

  • Maximum number of people: 6
  • Minimum size: 75–100 m²
  • Location: Near the sea, suitable for caravan, motorhome, trailer tent or tent
  • Booking: Recommended for stays of 7 nights or more

Check-In

Can the reservation be transferred?

The reservation cannot be transferred to third parties.

Who is the booking holder?

The reservation must be made directly by the guests who will be staying on the pitch.

By what time must the pitch be vacated? / Latest check-out time for pitches

The pitch must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure, and returned in good condition, without damage or missing items.

What happens if you arrive before the pitch delivery time?

While waiting, you are allowed to:

  • Access the facility;
  • Park your car (10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.);
  • Use the Village services (Beach, Swimming Pool, Restaurant, Shops, Toilets).

What time is the pitch assigned?

Since the order in which pitches are vacated cannot be predicted, the order in which they are reassigned is also unknown.Pitch delivery is scheduled from 12:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.We recommend planning your trip accordingly.

Is there an online check-in for the pre-registration of crew member names?

To minimize waiting times, guests are required to complete the crew members' names in advance via the online check-in platform.

What time can check-in/registration be done?

Registration is possible during the same hours: from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

What time can guests access the property on the day of arrival?

Access to the Village with your own vehicle is allowed from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

What is included in the person rate?

The person rate includes:

  • Access to the beach in the non-equipped area for personal equipment
  • Children's pool with waterfall, slide, and sun loungers

  • Free use of sanitary facilities with sinks and hot showers 24/7, plus hairdryers

The PITCH rate includes the use of:

  • 1 x Electrical outlet (Beach or Mini pitches: 10A – Cavallino pitches: 6.3A)
  • 1 x Drinking water connection
  • 1 x Waste water discharge
  • 1 x TV-SAT / Digital Terrestrial outlet
  • 1 x Parking space on the pitch

Policy

What happens if I book a pitch other than the CAVALLINO type and arrive with a dog?

The Management cannot accept any guest arriving with a pet if the reservation is not for a CAVALLINO pitch.If a guest who has booked a pitch other than the CAVALLINO type arrives with a pet without having notified this need in the booking request, the reservation will be modified with the proposal of a CAVALLINO pitch, if available, and will be subject to the availability and the rate in effect at the time the change is accepted.Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled. In any case, the Management will retain the entire deposit paid as compensation.

Are dogs allowed during a pitch holiday?

Pets are only allowed in CAVALLINO pitches.To ensure consistency and fairness towards other guests, animals of any kind or size are not permitted in any other type of pitch.
