Project: “The Villa al Mare campsite becomes fully accessible”

With this project, the Villa al Mare project has implemented several digitalization interventions.
The website has undergone a complete overhaul, eliminating IT architectural barriers to make it
more accessible.

This intervention provides accessible information for all users, including the visually impaired, those with
temporary disabilities, and people with specific learning disabilities. Specifically, the
project included the introduction of text alternatives for dyslexics, the use of contrasting colors, the
possibility of text sizing, and finally, useful for all other users as well, the optimization of
page structure and on-page elements to facilitate understanding of the site’s various contents.
Furthermore, the organization has adopted the H-Benchmark performance software, which helps define strategies for
greater competitiveness and differentiation.
These interventions promoted business efficiency, particularly with a focus on the return of tourist flows
to the destination itself and the identification of new targets, including people with physical disabilities
and learning disabilities.
