To check availability and send a holiday offer, it is necessary to inform the Booking Office of the dimensions (length, height, width\/depth) of your camper, caravan, or tent at the time of the request, in order to assign a suitably sized pitch.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

\n What happens if a guest causes damage?<\/span>\n <\/path><\/path><\/svg><\/span> \n <\/div>\n

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by carelessness to the pitch (vegetation, ground, power or water connections, etc.), as well as to equipment and any part of the property's assets.The guest agrees to reimburse the damage in cash, as the replacement or repair of damaged or missing items is the sole responsibility of the Management.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

                \n What happens if I book a pitch other than the CAVALLINO type and arrive with a dog?<\/span>\n <\/path><\/path><\/svg><\/span> \n <\/div>\n

                The Management cannot accept any guest arriving with a pet if the reservation is not for a CAVALLINO pitch.If a guest who has booked a pitch other than the CAVALLINO type arrives with a pet without having notified this need in the booking request, the reservation will be modified with the proposal of a CAVALLINO pitch, if available, and will be subject to the availability and the rate in effect at the time the change is accepted.Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled. In any case, the Management will retain the entire deposit paid as compensation.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n
